I took these on top of Mulholland on the way home from work. There’s this new thing where you take a few shots at bracketed exposures and then you fuse them together on the computer which gives it this crazy look. It’s a pretty fun little gimick.
I see this thing every day on my way to work. Can it fly? Can this thing really fly or is it just sitting there for fun? What Kind of helicopter is this? I’ve never seen anything like it. This house is at the top of Benedict Canyon if you’re interested. Looks fun…
On Sunday Gabe turned 25! His mom sent him this awesome cake of him on his Ducati.
All the way from Houston. Great to see you this week. It was nice to spend some quality time without any Christmas obligations or whatever. Just hang-out time.
We grabbed a bite at Sisley then headed over to Balboa Park to watch the ducks and the paddle boats. What a nice way to spend the day.
Two down and three to go for the cast of the Breakfast Club. I had lunch next to Judd Nelson at the Hamburger Hamlet on Sunset. He was wearing a very frumpy suit with motorcycle boots—odd choice. I didn’t get the fashion sense but who am I to talk. I should say he looked like a nice guy who was having a good time talking shop with his friends.
Valla packed up and went to Jordon to cut some film. Here’s a gallery of photos. Well it’s taking forever but I did put a coat of paint on that back wall. However, right after there was a debate on if it was the right shade of brown. Then, after that, I decided to drop another skim coat of stucco on it as it was looking a little rough. By rough I mean it looked like a TOTAL amature job: yikes. So, now the paint is jacked up again. Whatever, I really just want to play in the backyard and get dirty. More soon…or not so soon.
I ran into this guy. He was hiding in a hole full of crickets. The week before Cosmo dragged him the in house and he was missing his tail. It’s good to see he’s doing ok.
